Shipping Policy

Please be aware that items at Yomi’s Care are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order with us, you will be shipped a freshly made product! All orders are processed within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. Another notification will be sent to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. 

Yomi’s Care guarantees shipment of goods to the address that was provided to us at checkout. If the receiver fails to provide the correct address, Yomi’s Care is not required to refund the lost good(s). Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout.

Damaged/ Lost or Stolen Packages

Understand that the moment your order arrives at the post office, it is out of our care and placed into the hands of the postal carrier workers, they are responsible for shipping/delivering your order.

With that being said, Yomi’s Care is not liable for any damaged or lost products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns / Refunds

Our items are handcrafted and are made to order. We accept ZERO returns or exchanges. The only exception is if an incorrect item or shorted order was received.

If you received the wrong order please contact us at yomisllc@gmail.com. Our team will work very hard to get back with you as soon as possible. Allow at least 1-3 business days for a response to your email. In the email please include your full name, order number, a picture of the invoice, containing information of your full order.
